Womenspace invited us to perform for them at Sandgate. Their theme honoured the need for deep listening in our community and the words of Miriam-Rose Ungunmerr who invites us to practise Dadirri …Inner Deep listening and Quiet still awareness. The stories told were of new connections beyond words, friendships and the difficulty of holding different cultural practices and beliefs. A rich and satisfying performance.
